Shipping
The purchaser agrees to pay the shipping and handling fees shown on the Site. All orders are shipment contracts, not destination contracts. The purchaser is responsible for providing all necessary and pertinent information in order to facilitate the shipment to you. Any shipping times shown on Site are estimates only—actual delivery dates may vary. 

We are not liable for any unforeseen delays, customs, duties, and/or fees with third party shipping carriers- please contact the shipping carrier with the provided tracking number for additional information or inquiries on your shipment.

Orders are processed during hours of operations. Orders placed AFTER 4:00PM or 16:00 EST will be shipped out the FOLLOWING BUSINESS day.

Any perishable items will automatically be processed with Express Shipping (1-2 business days).

At the moment we only ship within the USA and Canada, but are working on expanding to other markets soon.

 

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at orders@vitahealthapothecary.com with details of the product and the defect.

In order to adhere to quality assurance standards, we do not accept returns for perishable items, such as but not limited to, probiotics. 

There are no refunds unless the claim is related to a problem with the order that is determined to be our error.
