Evening primrose oil contains gamma-linolenic acid which is an omega-6 essential fatty acid. It is involved in regulating inflammation and the immune system. Oil from the seeds of the Evening Primrose plant was the material studied in the original research on GLA. The oil is cold-pressed and hexane free. Standardized to 9% GLA.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 softgel one or two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
