Fermented Black Garlic

Raw garlic by itself has many potential health benefits because it contains nutrients like vitamins B6 and C, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and selenium.

However, when raw garlic is aged and fermented into black garlic, it not only has a very sweet and inviting taste but nutrients are enhanced or converted to a more beneficial form.
